ABOUT ZIA LOG HOME, LLC

Zia Log Home LLC was formed by Warren & Sue Gallant and Bob & Marie Kowalski in 2006. They wanted to fill the gap between custom site built homes and off-site built modular homes. After researching several different log home packages available in the US and Canada, they settled on Whisper Creek Log Homes as the high quality product they could feel good about selling to their neighbors in Northeastern New Mexico and Southeastern Colorado. They chose Denver Crowell to manage the operations knowing that his knowledge of the Real Estate market in Angel Fire as well as the processes involved in contsruction and obtaining permits will be an asset to the company.

Warren, Sue, Bob & Marie have been residents of Angel Fire for years. They enjoy the lifestyle that Angel Fire has to offer. Bob & Marie have been in business here with their respective businesses Sticks & Stones Custom Builders and All About Design ASID Interior Design and AIA Architectural Design. Warren & Sue have diversified investments. Together they built the Enchanted Home Design Center in Angel Fire, NM in 2005. Marie Kowalski's idea to create a "one-stop shopping" center for home building and interior decorating projects was brought to life with the help of her husband Bob and friends Warren & Sue.
